Rick W DeMartini has been solving tax problems and preparing tax returns for three decades. He graduated cum laude from Golden Gate University in 1991 with a B.S. in Tax Accounting. In addition, Rick passed all 4 parts of the SEE in 1992 that allows him to represent clients before all levels of the IRS.

Len DeMartini has been solving tax problems and preparing tax returns since 1962. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 1960 with a B.S. in Business Administration. In 1977 he passed the Special Enrollment Examination that allows individuals to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Of the thousands who took that examination, he had one of the top twenty scores.

Ashlee Jones has worked at DeMartini & Associates since 2002, mainly focusing on assisting business entities with QuickBooks and other bookkeeping applications. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 2009 with a B.S. in Business Administration Finance. In 2018 she took and passed all parts of the Special Enrollment Examination that allows individuals to practice before the Internal Revenue Service and represent clients with various tax issues.

Alexandra Lal has worked at DeMartini & Associates since 2016 after graduating from Sonoma State University. She helps with scheduling consultations, accessing your portal, billing and offers other administrative assistance.
